Clinic Director
A patient-centered orthopedic practice located in the heart of Oregon’s recreational & wine country, Hope Orthopedics seeks an energetic, dynamic clinic director to provide day-to-day leadership and oversight of clinic operations. Our director works to meet the clinical needs of our physician-owners to boost efficient and economical performance while delivering high-quality patient services. The scope includes overall responsibility for clinical services and workflows, supervision of clinical staff, ensuring clinical services comply with policies and regulatory requirements, implementing clinic policies and protocols, and planning for budgets, cost-control and staffing. This position serves as a member of the leadership team, manages approximately 65 clinic staff members through managers and leads, and reports to the CEO.
Our desired qualifications include:
A minimum 5-8 years of supervisory experience in healthcare setting with a Bachelors or Masters in Healthcare Administration or Health related field required. Preference may be given to individuals with professional medical or clinical license.
Familiarity with physician-owners /orthopedic practice models; prior specialty /orthopedic experience highly preferred.
Thorough knowledge and extensive experience in healthcare policies, protocols and regulations.
Proficiency in navigating electronic health records system.
Strong communication, facilitation, negotiation and collaboration skills.
